1: You need to have your Gmail ID and password for this purpose, the same Gmail ID that you used to log in your Gmail account on your smartphone.

2: Your smartphone should be turned on.

3: The cellular or Wi-Fi should be enabled on the smartphone which means network service should be turned on.

Steps to find to your Android Smart Phone

1: Turn your computer / laptop on and open up the web browser.

2: Go to the following site, https://www.google.com/android/find and Log in to your Gmail account, use the same account with which you had logged in to your smartphone.

3: If you have this id logged in to a bunch of smartphone, then all smartphones will be shown there.

4: Select the one that you want to find.

5: When selected, click on “Find my phone”.

This will start the procedure, be patient now as it may take time. Sometimes the network is slow and it takes hours to find a single device but we lose hope and cancel the search, do not do this, let it search the smartphone until it gives out the results itself.

2: Go to the following site, https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ and log in to your Gmail account.

3: Make sure that you log in with the similar account that you have logged in your lost smartphone.

4: After logging in, there will be a bunch of options, click on find my device and it will start searching and give out results after few minutes, it could take more time so be patient.

5: You can lock the device if you want to by pressing the LOCK options on the left side of the web page.
